peaks & valleys

pleased I made the trek to Tacoma to see the Puget Sound Book Artists' annual member exhibition at the lovely Collins Library, University of Puget Sound the weekend before last (showing June and July). the theme is peaks & valleys—many of the artists respond to the pandemic’s effect on their lives. I really wanted the energy to manifest a call for the 10th Handmade/Homemade along similar lines—whether heart forward responses to the time in which we live or expressions of gratitude for healthcare workers. I did not have it. some of my favorites from the exhibit are included here.
